Global Partners extends credit facility maturity to October 2031
Global Partners extended its credit facility's maturity from March 20, 2028, to October 16, 2031. The amendment was signed October 16, 2026, with the partnership as guarantor and certain subsidiaries as borrowers. Commitments remain unchanged at $1 billion for the Aggregate WC Commitment and $500 million for the Aggreg
