Global Lithium jumps over 60% on proposed takeover by Titan Australia
Shares of Global Lithium Resources surged as much as 62.4% to A$1.08, their biggest ever intraday percentage gain, after the company agreed to a takeover by Titan Australia for A$1.15 per share, a 73% premium to its last closing price. The deal values Global Lithium at approximately A$333 million.
