Global Lithium agrees to A$333 million takeover by Titan
Global Lithium Resources Ltd has entered into a binding Scheme Implementation Deed with Titan Australia Mining Pty for an acquisition valuing the company at A$333 million, representing a 73% premium to its last traded price. The board unanimously recommends shareholders vote in favour of the scheme.
