Global Interactive Technologies says Nasdaq restored its listing compliance
Nasdaq notified the company on Sept. 10, 2026 that it is back in compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) after filing its Sept. 9 Form 10-Q. The company had received a notice on Aug. 20, 2026 for failing to timely file the report.
