Glencore Plc, Peabody Energy Corp. and investment firm Heeney Capital are considering deals to produce coal in Venezuela, according to Bloomberg News. Glencore and Peabody are reportedly exploring a joint bid for assets in Zulia state, while Heeney Capital is pursuing a separate deal.
