Gigasun resolves SEK 102m rights issue and conditional SOLT4 bond set-off
Gigasun AB’s board resolved a rights issue of shares worth approximately SEK 102 million to existing shareholders. It also resolved a conditional set-off issue to holders of the SOLT4 bond.
