Gigasun AB rights issue subscribed 68.4%, raises SEK 69.9M
Gigasun AB (publ) says its rights issue was subscribed to about 68.4%, raising SEK 69.9M at SEK 1.25 per share, with SEK 58.9M set off against existing claims and SEK 11.0M paid in cash. The share count is expected to rise to 113,095,606 after registration.
