Gigaphoton develops gas recycling system for ArF excimer lasers
Gigaphoton said its new hTGM for ArF on-site neon gas recycling system can reduce gas consumption by up to 470 kiloliters a year. The company said the system achieves a 50% neon gas recycling rate and can connect to up to five ArF lasers.
