GeoPark priced $550 million of 9.500% senior notes due 2033, expected to settle Oct. 28, 2026. Proceeds will fund a tender for its 8.750% 2030 notes, repay or redeem other debt including 5.500% 2027 notes, support Vaca Muerta capital spending over 18 months and serve general purposes.
