GeoNova Capital commits $10M cornerstone to NovaGen-Veea deal
GeoNova Capital said it committed $10M as lead and corporate adviser to NovaGen following NovaGen and Veea’s non-binding term sheet for a proposed business combination, subject to definitive agreements and approvals.
