Rodrigo Herrera Aspra, founder and Chairman, was appointed interim CEO effective Jan 1, 2027, for an expected 12–18 months. Juan Marco Sparvieri continues through Q3 2026 and remains through Dec 31, 2026; the board will search for a long-term successor.
