Genmab Phase 3 Trial of Rina-S Meets PFS and OS Endpoints
Genmab said the RAINFOL-02 trial met its progression-free and overall survival endpoints in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. PFS hazard ratio was 0.29 in the ITT population and OS hazard ratio was 0.43; safety was consistent. The company plans regulatory discussions.
