Genius Group Says Legal Wins Underpin Last Quarter’s Financial Wins
Genius Group says it is now free to pursue a previously announced $1.2 billion capital plan for its dual AI and Bitcoin treasury strategy. It also says it relaunched its Bitcoin treasury in early October. The company says a federal court denied all motions to dismiss its RICO lawsuit on September 27.
