GeneSystem unit KyongBo Electric moves asset acquisition closing date to Nov. 30, 2026
GeneSystem said its KyongBo Electric unit corrected an asset-acquisition disclosure, moving the expected closing date to Nov. 30, 2026 from March 31, 2027. KyongBo Electric plans to buy land and a building in Incheon for KRW 32 billion to expand manufacturing and R&D capacity.
