GenSight Biologics S.A. reported €0.7M cash at Sept. 30, 2026, down from €1.7M at June 30, and said it faces going-concern uncertainty. The company estimates ~€16M net funding need and targets bridge financing of up to €2M by end-November to extend runway to late March 2027.
