GKE Warehousing & Logistics to buy warehouse property at 30 Pioneer Road for S$32 million
GKE’s unit agreed to buy a 4-storey warehouse with a 7-storey ancillary office at 30 Pioneer Road in Jurong Industrial Estate for S$32 million. The JTC lease runs from Feb. 16, 2007 to Feb. 15, 2037; S$3.2 million deposit paid and S$28.8 million due at completion three weeks after the vendor’s fulfilment notice.
