GEO Group shares rose 2.6% premarket to $33.19 after the company refinanced $650 million of its senior secured notes due 2029 and extended its revolving credit facility to July 2031.
Winvia Entertainment reported half-year net revenue of £109.7 million, up from £76.9 million a year earlier, and adjusted EBITDA of £17.2 million. It said full-year adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be ahead of current market expectations.
