Fusion Fuel Agrees to $2 Million Share Exchange With QIND
Fusion Fuel will issue 500,000 Class A ordinary shares at an agreed value of $4.00 per share for $2.0 million of QIND equity. The restructuring is expected to reduce QIND’s remaining Al Shola Gas purchase price obligations by $2.0 million to approximately $7.0 million.
