Fusemachines to issue up to 2.14M shares for $1.3M accrued vendor fees
Fusemachines entered a securities purchase agreement to issue up to 2,138,935 common shares to certain vendors and service providers in exchange for approximately $1.30 million of accrued fees. The per-share issue price is $0.6103, based on the five-day VWAP on the Nasdaq Global Market prior to closing.
