Fusemachines gets Nasdaq notice of noncompliance for minimum bid price
Fusemachines received a Nasdaq notice that it is not in compliance with the Nasdaq Global Market minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share under Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The notice has no immediate effect and the company has 180 days, until March 17, 2027, to regain compliance.
