Friedman Industries expands revolving credit facility to $200 million
Friedman Industries entered a Seventh Amendment to its Amended and Restated Credit Agreement to expand total revolving credit commitments from $140 million to $200 million. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, and a syndicate of lenders remains a party.
