France starts fees on extreme fast-fashion imports, targeting Shein and Temu
France began imposing fees on the extreme end of fast fashion on Tuesday to curb a surge in cheap online clothing sales, including from Shein and Temu. Charges are part of a fast-fashion law passed in June.
