Fox Factory sells Marucci Sports unit to Squared Up Holdings for USD 225 million
The Wheelhouse Holdings unit, parent of Marucci Sports, was sold to Squared Up Holdings on Sept. 25, 2026 for USD 225 million, including USD 200 million cash and a USD 25 million promissory note due by Dec. 31, 2026.
