Fortis Healthcare moves Supreme Court against forensic audit order
Fortis Healthcare Ltd has filed a move in the Supreme Court against a Delhi High Court order directing a forensic audit of transactions involving the hospital chain, a business trust associated with former promoters Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh, and Malaysia’s IHH.
