Fortescue says Q1 iron ore shipments fall about 6%
Fortescue (FMG) reported preliminary Q1 iron ore shipments fell near 6% year-on-year, citing maintenance activity including scheduled port outload shutdowns. Total shipments were 46.8 million metric tonnes in the quarter.
