Fort Technology, majority-owned by Nexera, buys 50.1% of Logia USA
Fort Technology bought 50.1% of Logia USA to target the U.S. data center backup-power market, paying 132,603 newly issued Fort common shares valued at about $125,000; Logia USA founder Yair Harel retained 49.9%. Fort also secured a five-year exclusive, sublicensable U.S. license for Logia Israel’s automated fuel-integr
