Foresight Technology VCT names Foresight Group as offer promoter
The VCT published an offer document for a share subscription raising up to GBP 15 million, with a GBP 10 million over-allotment. The promoter fee is up to 4.5% of subscriptions, with no fee for applications received by 12:00 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2026.
