Foreign investors sell record $2.3 billion in Gulf stocks in Q3
Net foreign outflows reached $2.3 billion, the largest quarterly outflow in records dating back to 2019, Kamco Invest says. Selling accelerated from $298.3 million in the previous quarter, marking a second consecutive quarter of net outflows.
