Foreign investors bought JGBs for third week through Sept. 5
Foreign investors bought long-term Japanese government bonds for a third straight week through September 5. They made a net purchase of 449.6 billion yen ($2.93 billion), attributed to rising domestic yields and prospects of a Bank of Japan rate hike.
