Flex Secures $2.0 Billion Investment for Axiom Subsidiary
Flex has entered into a Series A Convertible Preferred Stock Investment Agreement for its Axiom subsidiary, raising $2.0 billion from General Catalyst and other investors. The investors will purchase 200,000 Axiom preferred shares at $10,000 per share.
