FleetCor to Pay $100M to Settle FTC Action Over Unauthorized Fees
FleetCor, now known as Corpay, has agreed to pay $100 million to resolve an administrative action with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC alleged that the company charged customers hidden or unauthorized fees and misled users about savings associated with its fuel cards.
