Five Point Holdings Extends Great Park Development Pact to 2028
Five Point Holdings has extended its Development Management Agreement with Heritage Fields El Toro for the Great Park Neighborhoods through December 31, 2028. The agreement includes an annual base fee of $13.5 million and 9% incentive compensation.
