Fitch leaves New Zealand covered bond ratings unchanged
Fitch said all New Zealand covered bonds remain rated AAA with Stable Outlooks despite rising rate pressure and recent RBNZ moves. The agency said borrower affordability has held up and that higher debt-servicing costs may emerge later as fixed-rate loans reprice.
