Q3 2026 net income was $2.7 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, flat year over year. Net interest margin was 3.73%, versus 3.66% a year earlier; unrealized AFS securities losses rose to $12.1 million and nonperforming assets increased to $6.6 million, including one $5.5 million nonaccrual loan.
