First Mining set a bought-deal share sale that may include an unregistered U.S. private placement for up to 59,530,000 common shares. Deal priced at $0.84 per share for gross proceeds of $50.01 million. Underwriters hold a 30-day option to buy up to 15% more shares at the same price. Net proceeds earmarked for the Spri
