Fine DNC to redeem KRW 510.132 million convertible bonds early after put option
Fine DNC will redeem KRW 510,132,000 of its 11th unsecured private placement convertible bonds before maturity after a bondholder put option exercise. The redemption is funded from internal cash; payment is set for Sept. 30, 2026, and remaining outstanding face value will fall to KRW 2.3 billion.
