Fed reports commercial paper outstanding rises in Aug. 19 week
The Fed says U.S. seasonally adjusted commercial paper outstanding climbed $12.5B in the Aug. 19 week, while non-seasonally adjusted commercial paper rose $3B and foreign financial commercial paper fell $1.4B.
