Fairfax launches NCIB to buy back up to 2,025,315 shares, 950,000 Series K preferred shares
The program runs from Sept. 30, 2026 to Sept. 29, 2027. Fairfax also said an automatic share purchase plan starts Sept. 30, 2026.
