FTC proposes stipulated order resolving antitrust concerns with Zillow-Redfin deal
The FTC, with five states, notified the court it will file a stipulated proposed order to resolve antitrust concerns about a Zillow-Redfin agreement. The order ends the allegedly unlawful agreement and requires Redfin to reenter internet listing services.
