FG Nexus repurchases $48M and plans Nasdaq ticker change
FG Nexus said it repurchased about 4.0M common shares (~$48M, ~46% of pre-program) and ~275K preferred shares (~$6.9M, ~31% of pre-program) while buyback programs remain active, and it will rebrand to FG Communities Holdings with Nasdaq tickers set to change from FGNX→FGC.
