FCPT Extends All 66 Olive Garden, LongHorn Leases Expiring in 2027 by About Five Years
Four Corners Property Trust extended all 66 Olive Garden and LongHorn leases expiring in October 2027 with Darden Restaurants. The renewals cover 100% of the two brands' leases with renewal notice dates in 2026. The agreement also extends six leases expiring in October 2028; all extensions run approximately five years.
