Ex-HSF Kramer client expands $1 billion malpractice lawsuit to new firm
An investment adviser expanded its $1 billion legal malpractice lawsuit against King & Spalding to include Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, alleging both firms’ lawyers worked to wrest ownership of a health care-based fund.
