Ex-German spy chief arrested over alleged purchase of classified info
Former German foreign intelligence chief August Hanning arrested on suspicion of paying for access to classified documents and using them to prepare an analysis for a foreign intelligence service, prosecutors said. A former office manager, Manfred D., also arrested, is suspected of supplying around 2,000 documents.
