Evernorth Loan Fund Inc is developing Riggs Meadow, a multi-phase affordable housing project in Hinesburg, Vermont. Phase one targets 36 permanently affordable rental apartments at Riggs Road and Route 116, with completion expected around end-2027. Site plan also includes eight for-sale homes next spring, followed by u
