Everli advances toward Nasdaq listing as SEC declares registration statement effective
Italian e-grocery marketplace Everli has moved closer to listing on Nasdaq after the SEC declared effective its registration statement filed in connection with its proposed business combination with Melar Acquisition Corp. I. The combined company is expected to trade under the ticker symbol "EVRL".
