European stocks eyed slightly lower ahead of ECB meeting
European equity futures were down about 0.2% in premarket trading as investors weighed rising oil prices and inflation/interest-rate concerns. Traders also looked ahead to the ECB meeting expected to deliver a 25-basis-point hike.
