European stocks close choppy session higher, led by banks and autos
European stocks closed higher Thursday, ending three sessions of losses. The Euro STOXX 50 rose 0.3% to 6,382 and the STOXX Europe 600 added 0.4% to 649, with banks and auto producers gaining.
