Europe steady as S&P, Nasdaq, Dow and Russell futures unchanged
US index futures were flat in Europe: S&P, Nasdaq, Dow and Russell all unchanged at 0 percent. Dollar index fell 0.28 percent while EUR/USD rose 0.07 percent. WTI and Brent were unchanged.
