Europe session flat for U.S. index futures; EUR/USD edges higher
S&P 500 E-mini, Nasdaq 100 E-mini, Dow and Russell 2000 futures were unchanged. Dollar index was down 0.23 and EUR/USD was up 0.06. WTI and Brent were unchanged; UK and continental volume leaders mixed.
