Europa Capital signs 22-year lease with Alliance Automotive for 80,000 sq ft
Europa Capital has signed a 22-year lease for 80,000 sq ft at Panattoni Park Rotherham with Alliance Automotive Group, extending its presence to over 710,000 sq ft and bringing the logistics asset to 100% occupancy.
